1959 selmer trumpet3/14/2024 ![]() ![]() It has a first slide trigger and an adjustable 3rd slide ring. The receiver is stamped 24B, meaning it has a medium-large bore of. It looks like the trigger connection on the first valve crook has been re-soldered. No major dents, although some dents may have been taken out of the bell bow before we got the horn. There's a small imperfection in the lacquer where the bell is braced onto the first valve slide, some lacquer wear on the first valve slide, and a few small imperfections on the third valve slide, but overall the lacquer is in good condition. One of the screws in the first valve slide trigger mechanism is not original, it was missing so we had it replaced. All other slides and valve move smoothly as well. The first valve trigger works smoothly but you may want to replace the spring. It has some great design details as you can see in the photos. We have a Selmer Paris K-Modified trumpet in stock right now at ACB! According to the serial number, this trumpet was made in Paris around 1959. ![]()
